PIHMA Community Classes Adds Qi Gong to your Lunch Hour

In addition to our yoga classes, we now offer Qi Gong for you…

PIHMA will be starting Qi Gong classes again (starting October 18th) on Tuesdays and Fridays at 12:30pm at Room E. 
(Yoga classes are still being held on Monday and Thursdays at 4:45-5:45 at Room E.)
About the Teacher:
Dan Bedgood, MSOM, Dipl. Ac. (NCCAOM), L.Ac., is a cum laude graduate of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, California. Subsequently, he established a private practice in Florida and specialized in Geriatrics and Pediatrics. Dan has been teaching at PIHMA for over 16 years, is a  supervisor in PIHMA’s community clinic and supervises PIHMA’s clinic shift held at the Southwest Center for HIV/AIDS.  He also has a private practice with a specialty in Toyahara (Japanese style) acupuncture, geriatrics and sports injuries. He has been practicing Qi Gong for 20 years.
Rates: Drop in $10; 5-class pack $45, 10-class pack $90, 20-class pack. More classes off all kinds to come in the future, but for now, come join us for a good stretch! (Students and Staff half-price).
